Prepared Birth: A 3-Week Childbirth Education Experience

This 3-week course is thoughtfully designed to help you build confidence, deepen your knowledge, and feel truly empowered in your birth experience.

As holistic providers, we believe every woman deserves to understand her body, her options, and her voice. Birth is not something that simply happens to you — it’s something you actively participate in. Our goal is to equip you and your partner with the tools to advocate with clarity and confidence throughout labor and delivery.

Throughout this course, you will learn:

  • The stages of labor and what to expect physically and emotionally during each phase

  • How your body works with your baby during birth

  • Effective movement and positioning strategies to support comfort and encourage baby’s descent

  • Natural pain relief techniques you can use throughout labor

  • Practical ways to communicate and advocate for your preferences

This is not just a lecture-style class. You and your birth partner will engage in hands-on practice, learning supportive techniques such as hip squeezes, counterpressure, and positioning strategies to help manage discomfort and provide meaningful support during labor.

By the end of this course, you’ll walk away feeling prepared, informed, and supported — with a clear understanding of how to navigate your birth with strength and confidence.
